## Frequently Asked Buyer Questions

### Why choose vegan tapioca-carrageenan capsules over bovine gelatin?

Bovine gelatin softens and clumps above 35°C and restricts vegan/Halal claims. Plant-polysaccharide shells remain firm up to 45°C/75% RH and deliver clean twist-neck snap torque.

### Can water-based serums be filled into twist-off softgels?

Free water dissolves hydrocolloid shells; formulas must be anhydrous lipid/silicone systems or specialized W/S micro-emulsions engineered by Yanmei's R&D lab.
