Yanmei engineers a proprietary thermoreversible hydrogel matrix containing Chondrus Crispus (carrageenan), glucomannan, and beta-glucan woven into a micro-cellular adhesive lattice. At skin contact temperature (33°C–35°C), the matrix undergoes micro-phase anchoring, adhering firmly for 20–30 minutes without slipping even while walking.

Eye patches are produced in ISO 22716 (cosmetic GMP) facilities. Automated vision systems inspect 100% of patches for air bubbles, edge tears, and foreign particulate inclusion before sachet sealing.
